Continue doing what needs to be done.
Ride the wave of routine.
Flush the tension out of your system.
Release the stress down the goodbye slide.
Do not allow the stress around you to keep you from completing tasks that need to be completed.
You know what needs to get done.
So do your best to do it and to focus on accomplishing the basic goals you have set out for the day, to the extent that you can control meeting those goals.
Take care of yourself.
Take care of your family.
Keep the home running as smoothly as possible.
Things will not be perfect – but they can be reasonably good, in basic working order.
Try to focus on returning to the basics as you see more and more that there is truly no room for keeping stress in your life.
You will go through it, and you will need to deal with it.
But don’t let it deter you from meeting the demands of the day.
