Snap out of It

Way easier said than done.  But completely necessary if we are truly serious about living a more flourishing kind of life that isn’t so hard to lead (from our vantage point) or learn from (from others’ vantage point).  When you get those moments (or days) where you’re kind of just in a fog and can’t seem to get out, do the best you can to snap yourself out of it.  Jump up and down for a few minutes to get your blood flowing, put something into writing to clear your head, or engage yourself in conversation or a meaningful activity.  You can do this.  We are in it together.
