Take Good Care of Yourself and Your Family Members

Love yourself enough to care well for yourself.  Eat nutritionally.  Exercise.  Face and deal with emotional and mental hang-ups.  Spend time in prayer and Scripture study for the sake of spiritual growth.  If we do not take good care of ourselves, then how will we ever be able to take good care of others?

And love your family members enough to care well for them.  Listen to them.  Spend time with them.  Lavish love on them.  Children especially need nutrition, attention, play, and intellectual stimulation.  Let us all do what we can to grow strong and healthy families—on account of our involvement in their lives!
