Hug Your Children!

There’s no other gesture that breaks the cycle of dysfunction quite like hugging our kids does!  It’s good to make a daily habit of it so that when we greet them (in the morning and when they come home from school), we are also hugging them.  (This goes for our spouse, too!)  The hug is synonymous with I-love-you-and-I’m-glad-to-see-you.  May our children (and our spouse) always feel loved by us!
