Breathe through the Discomfort

     When we feel the anxiety start to creep up our throats, we have to remember to breathe!  This will keep us calm.  And it will slow us down.  Breathe in, breathe out.  Do it again and again and again until that feeling of anxiety melts away.  Because it is only a feeling.  And it will go away.  Breathe through the discomfort until peace comes.
