Remember to eat well, sleep well, exercise, and take moments for relaxation. These are the few things that we have a little bit of control over. We can choose to do them or not do them. By continuing to take good care of ourselves, we can help build a barrier against the negative stuff that can take us down before we even know it! Let’s continue to do what we can to control the parts of our life that we have control over. This is how we break the cycle of dysfunction—by doing what we can, where we are, with what we have.
