If you want to be effective in your profession, then remind yourself of this and make choices that support this life purpose.

Do whatever it takes to become a positive influence—whoever you are, wherever you are, whomever you are with, regardless of the details of your particular life.

Be who you are and who you know you are meant to be.

Refuse to let stress take you off course.

Become a no-match kind of person for the stress that you may find yourself in and around.

Disengage from the stress at first sense of it.

Stay focused.
