Pay Attention to the Tension

As soon as you notice that you are tense, stretch it out.  Breathe it out.  Let it go.  Pay attention to the tension in your body as well as between you and others and between/among siblings and family members.  Sometimes the tension works itself out.  But if we can stay conscious of when it comes and goes, we will be in a better position of handling it properly so that it doesn’t become a worse problem than it needs to be.
